We recently posted some newsletter articles explaining the fortnightly process to reconfirm your eligibility and continue receiving either the JobSaver and/or Micro-Business Grant payments. Service NSW has since amended their processes. You will still continue to receive an email from Service NSW each fortnight with steps to reconfirm your eligibility. However, when completing the lodgement, you are no longer required to enter the actual turnover figures. Instead, you will be asked to:

  • Confirm you maintained the employee headcount as stated in your application
  • Enter the number of your current headcount
  • Confirm you have continued to experience a decline in turnover of at least 30% due to the public health orders.

Service NSW has confirmed they are still processing payments for prior fortnights where clients have not yet reconfirmed their eligibility so we recommend lodging those periods asap.
