I have Self-Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) – what do I need to know about trustees and members?
- Every Member of Superfund needs to be either trustee or director of trustee company.
- Every Trustee/Director has to sign a Trustee declaration.
- You can have up to 6 members in SMSF.
- It is most common that SMSF are set up with spouses as members. If you wish to include children or business associates in a Superfund, please discuss with us.
