The recent changes to Family and Domestic Violence (FDVL) leave came into effect for non-small business employers, who employ 15 or more staff, from the 4th of February 2023.  The following is a summary of the changes:

  • Employers have a grace period until June 4 2023, to allow employers time to update their payroll systems
